Du unterstützt in Kundenprojekten und baust nach und nach Fachkompetenz auf. Dabei hast du die Möglichkeit, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Du hast Freude an der Analyse von Märkten, Technologien sowie Organisationen und bringst aktiv deine Ideen und Vorstellungen ein. Dadurch entwickelst du unser Beratungsangebot weiter und identifizierst neue Kunden und Branchen.
Du übernimmst Aufgaben und Verantwortung in Themenbereichen der KBC-Unternehmensentwicklung.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom oder Bachelor) des Ingenieurwesens oder der Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
Du verfügst über Praktika und siehst Potenzial, dein Fachwissen in unsere Themenfelder Automotive, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Digitalisierung oder Nachhaltigkeit gewinnbringend einzubringen.
Du arbeitest sehr gut im Team und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell erfassen, zielorientiert Lösungen finden und diese souverän, auch in Englisch, kommunizieren.

Your Tasks

You will provide support in customer projects and gradually build up specialist expertise. You will have the opportunity to continuously develop your skills.

You will take on tasks and responsibilities in areas related to KBC's corporate development.

Your Profile

You have a diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering and / or economics or similar.
You have completed internships and see potential to profitably contribute your expertise to our automotive, supply chain management, engineering, digitalization or sustainability topics.
You work very well in a team and can quickly grasp complex relationships, find target-oriented solutions and communicate these confidently, also in English.
