DAS ERWARTET DICH

Erfolgreiche Begleitung der Projekt-/Industrialisierungsphase vor SOP
Durchführung von Audits (Prozess und System)
Projektmanagement von Lieferanten-Task-Forces und Problemlösungsteams
Aufbau und Betrieb von Management-Reportings mit geeigneten Kennzahlen
Durchführung von Prozessabnahmen und Steuerung der Bemusterung
Lösung von Qualitätsproblemen
Kommunikation an der Schnittstelle zwischen OEM und Lieferant (auch in Krisensituationen)

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Erfolgreicher Masterabschluss in Ingenieur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, BWL, o.ä.)
Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement im Beratungsumfeld, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie
Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Lieferantenmanagement (OEM und Tier 1)
Erfahrung APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
Erfahrung in Qualitätsmethoden (Six Sigma) und der gültigen Q-Management-Normen (VDA, ISO, IATF)
Reisebereitschaft u.a. nach Osteuropa, USA, China

EXPERIENCE CONSULTING TO THE CORE

Your Tasks

Successful monitoring of the project/industrialization phase before SOP
Conducting audits (process and system)
Project management of supplier task forces and problem-solving teams
Development and operation of management reporting with suitable key figures
Carrying out process acceptance tests and controlling sampling
Solving quality problems
Communication at the interface between OEM and supplier (also in crisis situations)

Your Profile

Successful Master's degree in engineering or economics (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, etc.)etc.)
At least 4 years of professional experience in supplier management in consulting, ideally in the automotive industry
In-depth knowledge of supplier management (OEM and Tier 1)
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) experience
Experience in quality methods (Six Sigma) and the applicable Q management standards (VDA, ISO, IATF)
Willingness to travel e.g. to Eastern Europe, USA, China
